2. Order process, conclusion of contract

Our offer is binding.
With your order you submit a binding offer to us to conclude the contract with you. The contract comes into effect when your order is sent to us. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

When you have found the desired product, you can take a closer look at it without obligation by clicking on the product name or the product image. By clicking the button [Add to basket] you can add the article to the basket. You can view the contents of the shopping cart without obligation at any time by clicking the button [shopping cart]. You can remove or change the products from the shopping cart by changing the number, using the button [Quantity] or with the button [Remove item]. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click on the[Buy item] button on the "Shopping cart" page.

Im Verlauf des weiteren Bestellvorgangs richtest du bei deinem erstmaligen Einkauf ein Kundenkonto bei uns ein und wählst die Versand- sowie die Zahlungsart. Du kannst auch als Gast bei uns Bestellungen tätigen. Im letzten Schritt erhälst du unter „Prüfen“ nochmals eine Übersicht über deine Bestelldaten und kannst alle Angaben nochmals überprüfen. Eingabefehler kannst du auch dadurch berichtigen, dass du im Browser rückwärts navigierst oder den Bestellvorgang abbrichst und von vorn beginnst. Um den Einkauf abzuschließen, musst du unsere Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen akzeptieren und auf den Button [Kaufen] drücken. Damit versendest du die Bestellung an uns.


3. Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear declaration to us (dc AG, Von-Linde-Str. 11, 95326 Kulmbach, phone: +49 9221 9652-110, email: (e.g. E.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods to, c / o dc AG, Von-Linde-Str. 11, 95326 Kulmbach to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
End of revocation
According to § 312 d Abs. 4 Nr. 2 BGB the right of revocation does not exist in the case of distance contracts for the delivery of goods, which due to their nature are not suitable for a return or which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded.

If you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and are exercising your commercial or self-employed activity when concluding the contract, the right of withdrawal does not apply.


4. Storing your order

We save your order and the given data. We'll send you your order confirmation with all order data via email. Before submiting your order you will also have the possibility to print your order as well as the General terms and conditions. You can access your orders at any time via your customer account.

5. Zahlungsarten

You can choose between the following payment options:

by invoice

When paying by Sofortüberweisung you will be directed to the payment pages and make the transfer. When paying by credit card, your bank account will be debited after the delivery of your goods. When paying by PayPal you will be directed to the Website of the payment company and make the payment yourself.
